changing the language after download from japanese to english

changing the language after download from japanese to english..... how do you do it? i cant understand it at all as it's all in kanji on the new computer (and yes my computers language is english even though i live in japan.)

I can't believe you haven't been helped yet :(

The setting is in Edit->Preference Editor

Edit is the 2nd menu option from the left
Preference editor is the 3rd up from the bottom of the edit menu

then the language setting is the first dropdown box in the preferences popup

English should be the top choice in the dropdown

Validate changes is the click button on the bottom right
