DForce not working

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I just reinstalled DAZ Studio, and can't get DForce to work. When I launch the stimulation, it just stays at 0%.

I had exactly the same problem last time I reinstalled DAZ one year and a half ago, but unfortunately can't remember how I solved the problem.

I'm just applying " dynamic surface" on a piece of clothing and launch the sim.

    If you look under Simulation Settings > Advanced, are there then listed any devices?

    My (smallish) GPU was appearing here. I switched to the CPU, and the simulation started. Problem solved. Thank you very much.
