Black outlines on charachter?

Why do I get these black marked areas on my charachters forehead? Happend before and I just abandoned that render. I don't want to give up on this one too!

Try chnging the instance optimisation in Render Settings - doing that, regardless of what you chnage it to, recentres the scene which usually resolves the issue as it is down to the limits of the floating point precision in Iray.
