Does anyone know of any websites where they sell items for these figures (daz versions) or where they can be found for free

since you started yet another thread

the best answer I can give is buy Poser12 (I only have 11 but it still works)

then in the fitting room you can give them what ever clothing you like so long it fits their shape

this can be achieved using the available clone shapes in DAZ studio, hiding the Genesis+ figure used and exporting an obj

you save the clothing as a cr2 and unlike later Poser figures, it will work in DAZ studio on V4 and M4

Renderosity has lots of content for them, both in their marketplace and freebie section.

ShareCG has free content for them.

Wendy Poser does sound interesting, i had a trial once and found it next t oimpossible to move around but i should give it anohter try in the future as it seems poser renders a lot crisper with little effort where in daz you have to be a master in order to get the render results we see on the promos, -does poser come with a lot of clothes for v4 alredy and for scenes - those will have to be purchaszed all over again for poser?

I have searched rendorosity and CG once i bought an m4 suit fro ma diofferent site but cant find that ione anymore

No, there's no content for V4 included in Poser.

and for scenes - those will have to be purchaszed all over again for poser?

It depends on the product. Some include a version in Poser format, some only have a DS version.  Most recent content from the Daz store is only provided in DS format. You could export the DS scenes as obj to use in Poser, but the materials will require work to look good in Poser.

And don't overlook xurge3d.  That site leans to fantasy, but it offers excellent V4-M4 outfits.
