    Hansmar - your big dark town image is another excellent interpretation of the lyrics. I really like all the detail you put in this image. And thank you for the comments.

    My third entry: “Alien Mycelium”.
    Cave and mushroom models by Poisen. This cave model is really neat because it has holes born through the ceiling.  The mushrooms are nicely weird but I especially like the face in the mushroom on the left. Illuminated by the sun and one of Horo’s DS2 HDR. Even rendered at 256 RPP, there are still TA noise artifacts I could never quite get rid of. About 5 1/2 hours to render.

    Dan - your Mystic Cave is lovely, beautiful muted tones and lighting, and your Alien Mycelium is wonderfully other-worldly (I love the one with the face!)

    Hansmar - A Big Dark Town is a really fun idea and nicely made

    mermaid - your Private Chamber has a lovely at atmosphere too

    And oh my, is it the end already?!

    Apoc - just a suggestion. When voting starts, perhaps inviting our Carrara friends to vote also would bring in a bit more diversity.
