Feature request for Studio: when Daz starts up, look for log.txt, if exists move to log.txt.old and existing log.txt.old to log.txt.old.[1..10].zip or any configurable number.

Very sensible. In my own 3d modeller I've written it so a session file is written with every session command in it, which can be edited and re-run, and the filename goes "Modeller Session 001" to ..999" before the sequence restarts. This sort of thing is not common, so it's good DS has it, but it could be made better fairly simply.

Having GNU Tools via Cygwin on my machine I can filter the log for things like that, too, poses and props applied etc., but only if I remembered to save the log on a crash... 

That said, well, yes, one could write a wrapper script but these things tend to escalate into a zoo.

Time can be saved. Splitting the log into single sessions makes it easier to find the session start - always at the beginning. Convenience - no irrelevant data.
