Sweaty, oil skin in DAZ3d Iray

I'm going crazy trying to make sweaty, glossy skin for DAZ3D Iray. The Wet Skin features don't seem to show up in Iray. I've got the glossiness cranked up all the way and I'm fiddling with the Fresnel shader and I don't even know what that is! Anybody out there know how to make glossy skin in Iray?
