Why won't my body shapes / morphs work?

I'm brand new to Daz (got it yesterday) and probably jumped the gun, but I bought a few different body shapes. I have keep reinstalling them through DazCental, Daz Install Manger, through the studio and I cant get them to work. Two out of the like twenty I bought do anything and it's nothing at all really. One makes the belly button larger or smaller, and the other makes the hands larger or smaller. I would try installing manually, but I keep getting lost in the folders and I don't want to move something I shouldn't without at least asking for help first.

Wow. I was missing that. I actually seen something about that in the description but I couldn't find it in the store so I just assumed it came with Daz. Thank you so much!
