Just bought TimesKeep Organ, big problem

Hi I just bought TimesKeep Organ but I can't find it anywhere in any menu folder when I'm in loading / creating. Plus the installation time was very fat, too fast it seems, making me think there is something vital missing. Anyone else have this problem with this product?

    If you installed with DIM, right-click on the item and choose "Show Installed Files".

    It's most likely in "Content Library > Poser Formats > [content library name] > Figures" or "Content Library > Poser Formats > [content library name] > Props".

    Hi. I checked all of that, just went back in again, nothing is there.

    Can you post a screenshot of the "Show Installed Files" window?

    Actually, thank you problem solved. I tried downloading it with firefox this time and it worked. Man explorer has gotten buggy over the years.
