Daz Studio components Download/Install Failed

Default Resources for Daz Studio 4.15+, dForce Starter Essentials, Interactive Lessons for Daz Studio 4.10+, PostgreSQL CMS
However, the rest of the stuff failed to install, most of which is probably due to Daz Studio 4.16 itself failing to install. I also tried redownloading Daz Studio 4.16 since I thought maybe the download went bad, so that's probably why there's an additional error about it already existing. At that point I just stopped and went to the log file in DIM. Here is the log, which curiously is telling me that its running on Windows 8 when this is a Windows 10 Pro OS:

It looks like Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is installed on this system so it might have something to do with it, but I'm not sure.

MalwareBytes doesn't cause issues for me, and I had it (an older vrsion, obviously) installed before installing DS on this system.
Check to see if you have the zips for the applications in the Downloads folder already, if you do dlete them and try again. Failing that, try manually downloading from the Product Library in your account pages and place the zips in the DIM downloads folder - C:/Users/Public/Documents/DAZ 3D/InstallManager/Downloads/ according to your log, then start/refresh DIM and try installing from the Ready to Install tab.
Thanks Rich. I'm not sure if I want to go deleting stuff just yet. Yes, the zip files are in Users/Public/Public Documents/Daz 3D/InstallManager/Downloads . I jumped over to my Win7 laptop where I already have Daz installed and checked the security settings on the "Public" folder and everything is checked in the "Allow" column except for Special Permission. However, on this Win10 system, that folder has everything unchecked in the Allow column except for Special Permission which might be the problem. I'm not sure how to go about changing that if that would be the cause of the problem. I'll edit my previous post and highlight the errors.
The other errors relating to the files already existing is because I tried to install them again figuring it something might have went wrong with the connection.
Update:
I went into the Security tab a bit more and checked the Special Permission constraints and based on what I saw, I don't think that was the issue since I'm logged into windows with an account that has full control. HOWEVER, when I tried to install the files again after messing about for about an hour, it worked! I believe what happened is the download/install order messed things up due to differing download completion times between the different packages(just a guess) where certain things needed to be installed first. Anyway, I'm going to try firing up Daz Studio and see what happens now that I have it installed and the essentials for G3-G8.
Ok, no problems making a new Base directory in Daz Studios for both Smart Content & Renderosity content on my storage drive and then pointing DIM to the new Smart Content directory. I installed Victoria 8 to this new location and it shows up in the Smart Content tab in DS, so everything seems to be working so far in regards to installation & adding the new locations.
Loaded V8 and one of the RuinsB environment background, did a spot render and it rendered in like 3 seconds on the A6000. By the way, whatever happened to the Environment tab?? I added it to the pane where we have the Smart Content, Content Library, etc., tabs and its completely blank. I also noticed it doesn't load any default HDRI like it did in 4.10, so you can't access thing like Environment Intensity, Dome Rotation, etc.
In newer DS versions the tonemapper, environment, filament nodes might not load by default.

Am I understanding correctly that the Environment tab that use to be on the left is no longer used? I can still create the Environment tab where I was use to finding it in 4.10, but its completely blank. It seems that this was replaced by nodes and is instead found on the right side under the Parameters tab after selecting the respective node in the Scene box.
Not exactly - once the nodes are created, they automatically populate the Environment tab of Render Settings, which you can then use to adjust the settings if you prefer that to the parameters tab.
The environment pane does a different job - it is for setting ab abckground image/colour, and doesn't depend onm the singleton settings node.
