It mostly looks like https://www.daz3d.com/turbulent-tail-hair-for-genesis-3-and-8-females  Im pretty sure that PA likes to use different hairstyles to make one certain style.

The part off to the side on the turbulent tail hair does look to be in the right location.

 I didn't make that render but she does look like mostly Babina with some light dial spins. Most the character promos on the Babina product page don't do her justice. She is a great character model with minimal or no makeup at all.   https://www.daz3d.com/babina-8
