Different "Rooms" in new Studio?

I'm a long time Poser user who has been slowly learning Studio. Some time ago, I was using a version that had several different tabs at the top, each of which had distinct widgets for library, render settings, etc, (I believe these would be either "Activities" or "Workspaces") but an update (probably significant version upgrade) to studio changed the interface and I can't seem to get them back. I can work with the single main one, but I really liked having different sets of tools for different stages of my work flow.

Is there a way to get those back?

Try the different layouts in Window > Workspace -- some of them have "rooms", some don't.
