Install Manager issue - how do you install files from a Zip file?

Is it possible to install a zip file from Content Paradise. I own some zip files from Content Paradise - It is for Blank Boi - basically textures and poses - but it will not work with D|S 4.6 even when I place them in the Blank Boi native folder. Has the program changed too much?.

    Runtime merges with the Runtme, Data with Data (if there is one), any folders at the same level (such as props or People, not in the Runtime or Data folders) merge with the equivalents
