Neighborhood Development/Empty Lots

I was just noticing @antman new product Red Range Terrain Tiles. Commercial/Sale, it looks pretty cool.

It got me thinking about a product I'd like to make a suggestion for, which is a subdivision of empty lots.  I actualy am pretty set on House assets, but what I'd like would be a housing development with some space to put them all down in.  

There are some suburban "blocks", but to me, they look like older housing development that you'd find in the US North East.  What I'd like is an empty housing develoment with 3/4 acre lots where I can plop my houses down.

Maybe world/US Regional with the Flora found there.... South East US, Mid West, South West, Pacific Northwest etc etc

Nothing to suggest beyond that I would second this request. 

Went looking for a "Vacant lot" type scene earlier and found next to nothing. Plenty of forest and heavy nature scenes, sure, but some vacant space that's good for development would be very useful for certain scene builds.
