after some 'electrocardiagram' body wires

In a scene I am doing a guy is having his heart monitored whilst in a hospital running on a treadmill with these wires things connected to him from a medical heart monitor gadget (in image).

Is there anything like this out there in terms of the medical type sticky wire things (don't know what they are called lol) connected to him? I am not so much concerned with the IT things beside him but moreso what to use as wires to monitor his heart. Any suggestions pls.

    They are called "Stress Test Electrodes"  don't ask me how I know.  I've done more than a few of those.  They try to get your hearbeat up to 3x times your resting heartrate.
