How I create my own pose part ?

Hello,
My question is how I Poses as an example:
Head, left hand or left leg so can only save a portion of the entire body as .duf file. Or oh regions such as upper body or lower zone.

    It's one or both of the following, I forget the differences offhand:
    File > Save As > Pose Preset
    File > Save As > Hierarchical Pose Preset

    then expand the tree of checkboxes, and check/uncheck only the parts of the figure that you want the pose to affect.

    File > Save As > Pose Preset
    Then there is a dialogue box where you can check which parts you wish to include in the partial preset.
