GenX2 Suddenly Stopped Working

Hello all. I've been using GenX2 with the add on to bring over characters from v4 to g2f. Up to this point I had brought over maybe 3 characters since I got the plugin about 2 weeks ago and had no issue. Now when I try to do it I get nothing. When I bring the head and body inj's into genx it doesn't change anything and when I go to transfer it says "no morphs to transfer"(it says something like that I don't have it in front of me atm)

I had a database corruption that I had to recover from since the last time that I used it so I'm thinking that has something to do with it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Genx2 and the genesis 2 addon to no avail. Has anybody encountered this before? Any help appreciated, thanks!

If you try using it on the characters you already transfered (pretend you wanted to convert them again), does it also not work?
Or just on certain characters?
If it's the latter, then it might have to do with the file format, as GEnX doesn't convert files with certain endings.
If it's the first, you guess is as good as mine. :-)
