Communication error

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I recently changed my windows and so I needed to reinstall Daz. it first had some problems with SQL but it's fine now. ( I guess ?? )

it now has another problem. when I try to login , it says " communication error ". my account is fine. my internet connection is fine too. what should I do now ??

    it says " communication to server failed " when I try to login to my account

    Smart content does not require logging in.
