I'd love to see total integration of DS and the store

Surf the catalog right in DS, make a purchase and DIM happens in the background. No websites, no DIM management, just browse, click, buy, use. The technology is already here. Maybe someday for DS.

    Poser did this with the Content pane/Content Paradise. It was not, to put it mildly, popular.

    didn't we have something like that already with the "what's new" pane or am I thinking of another software package.
    I remember something like this and I remember it being less popular than Clippy and Scrappy-Doo combined.

    I always close DAZ Studio before I install content with DIM (I remember some concern about smart content database updating while program is using it??). Is this still or was it ever a real concern??

    The problem was database corruption. With the Valentina database package it was a problem. It's less of one with the Postgre package, but still a possibility.
