Animate 2 Plugin Missing in 4.20

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I see Animate 2 listed as green and activated in my list of plugins, but only Animate Lite shows. The animate 2 tab is unavailable to add. Is anyone else having this problem?

    So the serial number box is gone from Help>About Installed Plug-ins?

    OMG, I didn't even look closely at te serial. I plugged it in. I just saw the green and figured it thought it was configured. It shouldn't be green if there is no serial.
