You're welcome, thanks for the feedback :-)

    ....................................

Now, for those who have finished combing over all the sale pages here, there's another place where a character a number of people here were wanting as a morph, is on sale 1/2 price. Now this is NOT a morph, but it is made for 3D printing, etc., the .obj loads fine in D/S so with some TLC I'm sure people can figure out how to use it in the their scenes.

Harrison Ford, same package has with and without hat. Includes ZBrush file for those that want to work with it in that program.

The same artist has character busts for quite a few famous characters, from Batman, Game of Thrones, some pirates, some folk who play with witchcraft, Star Wars ... but NO Star Trek {whew, that sure saved me some money}. btw - any bust .obj imported into D/S, then possibly with one of the nifty marble shader presets you have, can then be selected and saved to your content folders as a prop. Easy, peasy.

That is an exceptional likeness, even without textures.

  • Catherine3678abCatherine3678ab Posts: 8,016

I think so too. Certainly better than anything I can do. After I make some surfaces and check uvmapping etc., I'm hoping I can paint some textures for him in Textura. Should keep me out of trouble for awhile ;-)

Thanks to the flash sales the other day, got a cat and a kitten :-)

And this really GREAT skeleton -- fully rigged, can use G8M's poses with it, yes!

And oh yes, a big kitty :-)

The emissions profiler  can make a huge difference in the renders! Here's a "before" and "with" a profile on 2 plain ol' spheres set up to act as headlights. Their location is not in front of the camera.

Oh I came a very amusing YouTube video called When Evolution has Fun. Somehow I don't think putting a link to it is a good idea in here ... even if they are just palm trees ;-)

And I decided to add a couple more guys to the Runtime, here's quick renders. They're still in the sale basket for about an hour. Estaban and Zach. n.b. I have to turn down the resolutions but yes these are HD characters if your system can handle that.

Stubble and male hairs not sold with the characters of course.

That was amazing, I didn't know that deepfakes were already that advanced in a live setting. I thought it always were animated renders that were posed.

I love that dress so much too! The overskirt, material zones, and thing to keep its shape for dForce standing up really add to it

A collection of a few of their more popular auditions ... it's about an hour long which is one way to pass some time waiting for the store pages to flip over :-)

    Enjoying the $1.99 sales!

This one is a bargain, character AND hair! https://www.daz3d.com/yukiho-with-hair-and-expressions-for-genesis-8-female

Was trying it out on Anie. It does not come with a bunch of shape morphs but today the price is right.

Also the Clown Wig {another $1.99 sale item today}. And this set of clown wigs does come with a variety of morphs :-) Shown here made shorter and pulled down a little.

Did ya all miss me? Not likely I suppose with all the sales. Well it finally happened. My Laptop was FRIED.

    So now, I have a new Laptop :-)  {the dream machine has to wait a little longer, sigh}

However, this one is RTX 3060 and just so all those fancy updates have oodles of space, 1TB RAM. NVRAM.

Here is my first test render in like "wow" speed :-)
