Help Texture and Light Teeth

Hello everyone, could anyone help me in the teeth of material configuration to have a greater realism, that look like real teeth, I render this more I was not happy with the outcome of the texture of the teeth.
I am using the Daz Studio 4.7
and 3Delight to render.
If anyone can help me I would be grateful.

    What character are you using?
    What light settings are you using?

    In this rendering I used Genesis 2 Fenale with Skin Macro, and lighting I used the setting of this tutorial video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N5xe9l5XiOU

    I don't have the macro product, but if you used the base female texture, you might start with looking for a different texture first, like for example V6.

    I tested the V6 texture further seems to be missing some setting in texture I like to get a similar result with that image.
