Transfer rigging

I was going to model a tight skirt (currently just a quick test).
I therefor posed G8F with thigh bends side-side -6 degrees, and modelled the skirt around that.
When doing transfer rigging I used same pose and the attached transfer utility data.
But no matter how I try the middle row of vertices gets affected (see pictures).
Anybody who can advise how to avoid that?

You need to bake the rotations - Joint Editor right-click menu>Edit>Bake Joint Rotations. Then when the skirt is rigged you apply the opposite bends to it and bake those rotations. There is, as I recall, a Youtube video from Daz covering this in repsect to high heels but the technique would be the same here.
Thank you.
I remember having seen that video, but as I never (at least untill now) have made shoes with heels, I had forgot about that.
I use a smoothing modifier to even out the centre parts...
