one fader controlling multiple morphs in a sequence

Does anyone know if it is possible (and if, how) to have multiple morphs controlled by one fader so that they start and stop in a sequence?

For example:

Morph1 starts at 0 (of the controlling master fader) and stops at 0.2
Morph2 starts at 0.2 and stops at 0.4
Morph3 starts at 0.4 and stops at 0.6
etc.

So when you say "starts" and "stops" you mean morph 1 goes from 0 to 1 as the master goes from 0 to 0.2 and then stays there? You can do that with keyed ERC - use the time line (Window>panes(Tabs)>Time line) to set up your morphs in sequence, then put the Parameters pane in Edit mode (right-click), then right-click on the master morph and select ERC Freeze - everything should be correct, just click Accept and see if it works.

As Richard suggested,

Setting keys with morphs on timeline then ERC for master controller is quick and easy way,.
it may work well for most of case.

but when set ERC, sometimes cause difficulity to remove unused pararmeters.

(As for me, when I set keys with 4 morphs on timeline, and Freeze ERC for master controller,
seems include all morphs which I have. maybe it depend on how set keys on timeline,
but I just tweak only morphs wihch I need.)

if you feel difficulity to set key on timeline and ERC freeze,
you may try manually set ERC with key type too.

the merit of it, you can choose animation type for each subcomponent. CTB Liniea ,Constant.
and you can directly input value as keys about each morphs which you need only without getting trouble
