Items not showing in Smart Content

Bought Several items including Animal Starter Bundle which includes Sheep. I have run DIM and installed, deinstalled three times. I tried reimporting the meta-data. When that did not work I reset the database (losing all my categorizations). Still Sheep does not show in Smart Content.

DS 4.6Pro 64-bit

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Maddeningly, loads of my own created items and those from runtime and renderosity have vanished from content library. What is the deal with this database? I understand that there are severe legacy issues and non uniformity in the way that various vendors categorize their products. But database corruption is devastating to the user. It will require many hours of reinstalling and re-categorizing with no assurance that it will work properly once all that work is done. Ouch.

OK this is interesting. I have a wardrobe piece from OutOfTouch (non-daz). It was not in content library immediately after the reset. But, two hours later, there it is.

Does the database take a while to reset itself?

    PostgreSQL or Valentina?

If it's the Valentina and a large database...YES (as in one time, my moderate sized database took over 12 hrs to reset...that's pretty much when I decided that the CMS idea needed to 'cook' for a bit longer, to be ready to use).

In DIM there will be check mark if the product has metadata for Smart Content. Some products, like the Animal Starter Bundle, are old and in Poser format files so not only won't they show in Smart Content but they will also be under Poser Formats in the Content Library tab.

Thanks Jestmart. I see that now. Will look for that in future.
