Problem with DIM - Not showing up my already installed content

Hello :-)

I hope this is the right thread for my problem . Last week I realized, that my already installed content is not showing up in my DAZ Install Manager ( in the installed column). I checked my installations and download paths. Seemed okay. I have checked if the files are already in the folders and showing up in DAZ. Everything was fine. But I can't see in the DAZ Install Manager what is already installed. Directly after installing content the installation column is showing my installed content BUT after refreshing or reopening DAZ Install Manager everything is at zero. No installed content and just showing me what is ready to install in DIM. I can't even deinstall the content now. In the meanwhile I uninstall everything and tried it again. Didn't work for me. Maybe somebody has an idea what happened or what I made wrong??? ( Sorry, my native language isn't english)

    Hello! That sounds rather frustrating to deal with. A couple of questions:

    Did the content show until recently?
    What operating system are you using?

    If it was working and suddenly stopped it might be due to an (windows) update that didn't install properly. I've had both the DIM and D|S stop working after an os or driver update and hand to roll my system back.

    I reinstall win8.1 and it's working again :-)
