Actually, if you were to look closely, the eye materials would have imported. But there are two parts of the eye that are set up strangely in DS...the Eye Reflection and the Cornea. Both are usually set to 0 percent Opacity. They aren't mapped/masked/alpha channeled or anything...just set to 0. A lot of other programs don't understand that set up.
You will also notice that the hair and eyelash transparency maps are not applied/working. They aren't really alpha masks, so if that is what your program is looking for it is not applying them. They are also white = opaque/black = transparent...the program could be looking for the reverse.

Actually this was helpful to me too. Thanks for explaining that. So is that to say if this character is imported into some other software, these values need to be adjusted in the importing program and it's 'possibly' fixed?
Yes. The way Studio does transparency is a bit different than most everything else, so as a result the settings are not going to transfer between Studio and whatever else you are importing into. Especially with the Eye Reflection surface.

This is all understandable...that there are differences in how transaparency is handled in other software...
but my question still remains unanswered...
How do i fix the eyes...what are the steps?...and in my case...Keyshot 5.
