Alpha Channel Problem - Offset Layering

So has anybody got an idea what might be causing this? I'm using Canvases to isolate particular portions of my render, and for some reason I can't figure out, my canvases are rendering with the alpha channels all offset. Kind of makes my canvases MUCH harder to work with on the other side.
Any ideas, gang?

What is the scene showing? What nodes are being included in the alpha?
This particular scene is of a figure on a motorcycle, and the only node included in this particular canvas (I was only rendering the one as a test) is the motorcycle, nothing else. It is the only item included in that node.
It's vexxing!
