greetz members...

i've made a slaved morph dial(using morph target) in poser to be controlled by particular joint figure to fix the poke through. however if the
morph dial exceed certain value a new poke through will occur. to do that, i manually modified the slaved dials 'forceLimits' to 1 in cr2 file
so that limit is enabled , works well in poser. i expect the 'Use Limits' in that slaved dials is enabled as well as soon as i load the figure in
daz studio ,unfotunately no luck, so i have to manually turn it on again. seems like daz doesnt recognize the limit settings introduced in poser?

It should work, limits are usually recognised. It may be worth trying forceLimits 4 in the Poser file - that overrides the option in the Figure menu and is used by a lot of content where limits matter. if that doesn't work then I suspect there's some other issue in the way the file is formatted (DS is fussier than Poser).

just found out the solution, strange though. weather daz will accept the limit options or not it depends on the min and max number i entered in poser. as long as the minmax are between -9999 and 9999 with force limit enabled, daz will obey poser, otherwise the USE LIMIT in daz will be automatically uncheck everytime i load the item to daz.... so i suspect -10000 or 10000 considered as infinite number in daz?! thx for the help anyway

That's right, if either of the values are 10,000 or more then limits will not be applied - very large values make it impossible to use the slider by dragging, since for limited properties the position of the slider matches the value.
