Genesis 2 Male disappears when clothed
As the subject states ... some details.
Never had this problem before. I've done several renders of clothed G2M models, all without a hitch.
Now, suddenly when I fit clothes to them - bear in mind these are clothes MEANT for G2M, not auto-converted clothing - everything appears just fine in the preview pane. Then I go to render, and G2M disappears almost entirely.
Things I've tried that do not fix the problem:
- Adding lights (DOES NOT WORK)
- Adding SkyDome/Sphere (DOES NOT WORK)
- Different shaders for G2M (DOES NOT WORK)
- A default G2M clothed (DOES NOT WORK)
- Reinstalling DAZ (DOES NOT WORK)
- Reinstalling G2M (DOES NOT WORK)
- Removing all content that was installed after last successful render (DOES NOT WORK)
- Turned it off then turned it back on (DOES NOT WORK)
- Reset DAZ to factory defaults (DOES NOT WORK)
Things I've tried that work as expected:
- A default G2F nude (works fine)
- A default G2F fitted with G2F clothing (works fine)
- A default G2M nude (works fine)
Things I've tried that yield telling results:
- G2F with auto-fitted G2M clothing (G2F VANISHES DURING RENDER)
- G2M with auto-fitted G2F clothing (G2M DOES NOT VANISH)
I'll include screenshots just in case that helps somehow.
NOTE: The top hat is just a prop parented to the head, NOT fitted clothing.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The solve turned out to be turning off motion blur in the render settings
I unchecked Motion Blur, but the problem persisted.
However acting on a whim, I reset the render settings to default ...
Thanks for directing me to that thread, Razor! Now I can make a sexy Dragonborn Artificer for our DnD campaign!
My best guess is that even though I turned off Motion Blur, some of the residual settings from my last render somehow made their way into the rendering engine.
Last render had some motion blurring in the chain axe thing she's wielding ...
Ahh good new :) Great characters and renders too!
