It looks like a Linday cloth dForce one to me. Maybe https://www.daz3d.com/primavera-hair-with-dforce-for-genesis-8-females applied to the male character. There are other possibilities, take a look at the Linday store for others.

I doubt it since the hair looks pretty low res. Looks more like an old SAV hair from rendo, maybe one of these

Ding, Ding, Ding- Long Wet Hair with dForce for Genesis 8 | Daz 3D Zombie.

I used this hair, and finagled the dial settings to extend the length, and subd'd the hair set to 2, and the render subd to 4 before rendering, I believe.
