Skin Builder for Genesis Males?

I'm finding out that working with Genesis and Genesis 2 is a lot easier than I thought. I found the Skin Builder Basic and Skin Builder Pro for Genesis and Genesis 2 Females. Is there something for Genesis Males and Genesis 2 Males? Because in the pictures on the product pages it only shows females.

I did see the Skin Overlay for V5 and M5 but that looks to be only aging. While that will work fine for the older characters, I still need something to make the custom skins and such for males. Also, I'm a fan of androgynous and Gothic/Punk characters in which males or male looking or type characters would be wearing makeup. And then the fantasy type characters. So it would be helpful to be able to apply makeup and make different races, even fantasy ones for my males.

There isn't currently a Skin Builder for G2M. Zev0 did recently say a male version was on his to-do list, but that it wasn't likely to be done soon.
