the production frame won't let me select it?

i've never had this problem before.
trying to reposition the production but it won't let me grab it, the cursor doesn't change.

what can i do?

Not sure, but you might check to see if your production frame ratio is locked in the render room. That is, where you put in the dimensions for the render output, check to see if the checkbox for keeping the ratio is checked.

i tried it checked and unchecked. normally i grab the handles at the corner to resize the thing. gonna give it a reboot.
