dForce Surface parameters for wet dForce hair?

When working with dForce hair is there a way to make it stick close to skin, clump together as if figure just came out of the water?
What parameters under surfaces/simulation or any other settings that I can play with to accomplish that, if any at all.

You coud try increasing the gravity in the sim settings and then make sure to add a smoothing modifer to the hair so it collides with the figure more closely
