Problem loading files from library correctly since DAZStudio 4.20.0.2 (Windows 10 pro)

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Since the last version of DAZ , somes old files installed in my library are not openned correctly   like this one in the screen capture (DAZ big cat 2)

The model seems black and blockey  and the rendering windows stay empty

Someone have ideas about this ?

    How do you install content? Is daz Studio online? Are you getting any error messages?

    i manually install content ( i have many many files installed) since the first version of DAZStudio and never have problem with my content until the version 4.20 . No error message ....

    Load it, then check the end of the log (Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File) - it should be fairly clear where the load starts if you jump to the end and then search backwards for the filename you loaded.

    I put here  file some parts of the log file

    I am suprised that DAZStudio seems to try to load file from Poser pro 12 ( which i have with Poser format file for DAZ Bigcat2)

    I have redownload the file and reinstall Big cat2 file in DAZStudio 4,20 SAME problem

    This indicates that the fiel cannot be read at all - it is being found, apparently, ot yopu would get a different error message, but it fails to read at the very first character. Since it can't load the basic data all the subsequent attempts to do anything with the figure fail in short order. I would sugest trying to reinstall, ideally using one of the automated methods (Daz Connect, Cntral, or Install Manager) just to be sure it is correctly set up.

    I just rensiall via DIM and same problem

    Anyway I have load Hivewire big cat and it works as puma , that what i want when i have tried DAZ bid cat2
