XTransfer Troubleshooting "Error moving file!"

Hello! Still very new to DS and never used Xtransfer before. Had one successful transfer without issues. The next attempt resulted in an error and auto-cancellation. The log file was short in regards to the error, so I pasted it at the bottom. Any ideas about what happened and how to resolve it?
