Impact/stabbing Effect ?

Hello Daz Community,

im planing to remake the final battel Scene from Disney's The Little Mermaid - where - Spoiler!

the giant seawitch gets impaled by a boat. In order to get the effect of lets call it ''stab'' i need a skript, animation or a handy trick to get it done. 

For those who dont know the scene i hope the GIF in the attachment will work. Otherwise heres a youtubelink:  

also there are a few thing that would be awesome if possible:

- a electric shock effect as sawn in the Movie -where even the sekeleton is visible?

-  A Suit/corset that looks like in the disney movie, i already bought ''gods of the sea'' for the octops body 

Does anyone of you have some suggestion how i could make it ?
