Daz frozen dynamic cloth problem/ question

Hi. Two questions really. I have a character draped in a dynamic robe. I have a few different saved frozen animation timelines of the same character because there are different scenes I'm doing. All take place in the same room. First question, how do I save the character and robe together so I can merge them into the scene. I've been trying save as, support asset, figure/prop...but it doesn't work right it only brings in one of the items ( the character or the robe ) depending on how I have it parented. So I've been deleting everything else in the scene and saving the two items as a scene subset. Second question. When I merge the character/robe into the environment, they are coming in larger than they should. The environment I pose them in in the exact same, just one with fewer items so things are easier to manipulate. I saved one of these props and brought it into the main environment just to make sure it is the same size as it is in the one in there, and it is, so I don't know why the character - robe are coming in larger. Any ideas?

Thank You.

Were the items parented to something scaled when you saved them? If so, they will have inherited their parent's scale. When you merge them, they will not be parented and will not inherit the scale factor.

I only saved the two items together, the robe and the character. Both were scaled down to 90 percent to fit the environment originally but when I merge them back in the are scaling back up to 100 percent. Also, how do I save the two together..., without having to take everything out of the scene and saving them as a scene subset?
    Thanks.

Scene Subset should let you check the items you want included in its option dialogue.

I've just tested and a Scene Subset preserved local scaling - applied directly to the item - for me.
