Ruler/Scaling

Ive been making good models and I like it so far. The only question about that I got is Is there some type of ruler or scaling measure thing that tells me exactly the height of my morph creations? Or maybe height and weight scale? Is there some kind of actual ruler that is both horizontal and vertical displayed right on the picture that im making my model on?

And the unit in DAZ Studio is cm, so a size of 100.0 is 1m.
