Purchased product won't load

Hi, I'm using DAZ and I've run into this issue several times. Currently, I've purchased Ranger Hair for Genesis 2 female. I downloaded it using the automatic installer. It won't show up in the smart menu and when I look in the content menu under the product files, it's there in the R folder, but when I click, double click etc. nothing loads up. Any idea what's going on or how to fix?

    Under the product file where you found it, are there any files marked with a "hair" tag in the upper right corner? Many of the hair props separate the hair prop and the materials.

    Right-click on the item in the products folder and from the menu select Show in>Mapped Folder. This will take you to the actual file you are trying to load, which as icecrmn says is probably a material setting.
