Bone pinning utility

I have somewhere in my library a utility for pinning and unpinning all the bones of various body parts (torso, left leg, right leg, left arm, etc.). I haven't downloaded it, and now I can't find it. Does anyone know what that utility is called and/or who the vendor is?

    Maybe something by 3D Universe? They have Limb Stick and several Pose Architect products available.

    Thanks for the responses -- I think it was Bone Tool. So useful!  And you're right, it seems to have disappeared from the store. What a shame....

    • Lock the selected node and it's descendants translate/rotate.
    • Unlock the selected node and it's descendants translation/rotation.
    • Unlock the selected node and it's descendants translation/rotation limits.
