Fit Control for Gen and Gen2

Recently purchased Fit Control for Genesis and Genesis 2 Females. Of course I loaded it and was unable to use it because apparently it only works with Daz 4.7 or higher. Although it says on product page software requirement 4.7, there is much content that states that but can still be used with previous versions. Needless to say I am using 4.6. Had the first upgrade to 4.7 awhile back but was experiencing some minor bugs so I uninstalled it and reinstalled 4.6. Fit Control it appears is a truly handy tool and I would like very much to be able to us it. My concern here is that via the forum, I see that users are still experiencing all sorts of glitches with 4.7. I am strongly reluctant to reinstall 4.7 and possibly deal with a bunch of other problems just to be able to use Fit Control.

Any input or suggestions on this topic would be appreciated.

Thanks.

At the risk of offending some Studio users I will say that most of the people posting problems with v4.7 are the usual less tech savvy folks that always seem have problems with each new release.

What 4.7-specific glitches are you seeing? There were some UI changes, which may take a bit of getting used to, but I don't think there's much sign of 4.7 breaking stuff that worked in 4.6.

When 4.7 first came out I had problems, specifically it took a long time to load D|S so I rolled back to 4.6 and was using that up until Zev0 released fit control last Friday.

No problems so far with 4.7 :cheese: Upgrading was worth it to use Fit Control %-P

4.7 broke several shader related products. For example, flagging doesn't work correctly on the AoA Advanced Lights. The snow shader doesn't work correctly either. Bug reports have been submitted, and the AoA lights problem has been discussed a lot in the forum

True, though as I recall it's a specific combination of shaders and lights that causes the issue. But I had forgotten about that issue, yes.
