Problems with DIM and new order

How long does it take for new orders to show up in the DIM? The reason I ask is because I recently took advantage of the M4 free pack but it has not shown up in my DIM even though it's be a couple of hours. I had to go and download all the files separately, of which there are a lot of for that pack. I have had to do this before only to have the files show up the next day or sometime a little sooner. Why is this?

    IF it was a bundle you bought, then yes you would have to download all the parts of the bundle separately, because that is what a bundle is, a bundle of several different products.

    That is all fine and good but there were other products in that order that were not in a bundle. I have also used the DIM in other bundles I have purchased through the DAZ store. In fact there is still nothing new listed in my DIM.

    Not to mention that after I placed the order the web page directed me to use the DIM to download and install my purchases, as it normally does.
