How to convert Genesis 3 Pose to Genesis 8 pose

Hello guys, 

When I applied Mixamo Motion or Genesis 3 pose in Genesis 8, My avatar arm broke.

so I downloaded G3M and G3F add on form agentunwears. But even if I download that files to my daz Library, it doesn't appear in the pose control. 

How can I see it? Please help.. 

as you can see attached files, all files downloaded in library...

Here is a screenshot of where to find the pose conversion pose controls.

In one of your attached images you show looking at Genesis 8 Male in the Parametrers pane, but in the other image you show installed files for Genesis 8 Female. Double check that you installed the files for the male, too. Have you restarted Daz Studio since installing those data files? If not, do that.

I did everything you said. but it doesn't work until now.. 

Where put this G3M or G3F file? Can you tell me about where put these files?
