Unable to export clothed figures to Mixamo

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

OK - I am having a hell of a time getting my characters to export to Mixamo.  I mean sure, I cna get a naked, bald figure to export, but not anything with clothes.  Not sure what I am doing wrong.  Help?
