Script to create a Controller

Hello!

I'd like to level my work up with a system of Controllers to drive muscle deformations. The documentation that exists for scripting is extremely dense for my current level of scripting experience. I could use some help with some first steps, please.

I would like to learn how to script the following Custom Action:

1. Create a new Property Controller in a specific Pose Control category
2. Give it a specific name, label, colours and set its min level to 0 instead of -1
3. Give it a specific Sub-Component with a 0-1:0-1 slider range

I'm familiar with the ERC Freeze function, but the problem is that the amount of mouse-clicking involved to create the 52 Controllers I'd like to have is giving my wrist some flashbacks. The script would be simpler for my brain to visualize all at once and work with than manually setting up 52 sliders with a mouse.
