Instancing lab? Tutorials?

Used Bryce for about 10 years, went to a higher end package for about another 10, now I'm back ... a few new things and one is the instancing lab. Understand the concept, is there any tutorials specific to that?

Really important part of using the Instancing Lab is to SAVE your work BEFORE you enter it. :)

With the consent of the authors, I assembled both to a PDF each and have them on my website. May be more handy then scanning through the threads and they can be printed, besides.
