I cant see what i'm doing. lol

my scenes are so birghtly lit that when i'm not rendering its all bleached out white. I cant see what i'm doing to pose my models or aejust things like facial expressions and where the eyes are looking...
Is there a way to hide the lights in the viewer, but have them still work in the actual Renders?

Maybe you are using filament as a preview. You can use another preview mode or adjust filament.
To do that create>New Filament Draw Option Node Then select this node in the Scene tab and go to parameters>Tome Mapping and reduce the Iso Scale.
