Weird bar coming out of the mouth when rendering with 3Delight

i have a weird bar coming out of the mouth when rendering with 3Delight. it only appears in this angle and in zero pose.

after doing some troubleshooting it seems like it's coming from the "inner mouth" surface.

does anyone know how to get rid of it?

    Which version of DAZ Studio are you using? What system are you on? Is this a morph you created on a DAZ figure and, if so, how did you make it and in what program? Hard to say, but looks like a stray vertice.

    Hi,,,

    the product is shape presets for other three morph sets + original scuplted morphs ,

    Genesis 2 Male Morphs Bundle
    Creature Creator for Genesis 2 Male(s)
    Creature Creator HD for Genesis 2 Male(s)
    and original sculpted morphs included.

    then , you may better to check which shape preset cause the problem,. (discribe the preset file name)
    and, go to parameter tab "currently used" , it show only morphs the preset currently used.
    then you can find which morph cause it.

    I hope you send bug report with morph name ,,

    because vendor or daz may need to know which morphs of product cause the problem,
    to up-date the product .

    and if it is morph problem,, stray vertices,, (I feel so)
    without modify morph and overwrite original by 3d modelor, you can not get rid of it,, I think.

    i used a lot of morphs. it'll be hard for me to find the problematic morph. can i send a list of them to you and see if you can figure it out?

    plus i edited the limits to the jaw to make the head look like this.

    do you think it's because i over-stretched the jaw?

    Hi, unfortunately I do not have the prodcut (only have creature creater morphs, then I tested them already,
    (because I afraid one of them have problem,,)

    But I could not find problem about creature creater morphs stilll,
    then I thought if it is one of original morph of the product.

    and if you use morphs which I have not , I can not check it.
    but you can record morph list which you used, and write list here.

    I recommend show some pics of parameter tab, (cullently used) .
    then we can see all morphs you used.

    Because,, after all, support may ask you, which morph you used,
    when you send roport or ask help of support,,,then you may need to offer list
    or send pic I think ^^;

    if you show pic, and other forum menber have same morph, we can check about same morphs.
    I must check morphs which I have already.

    when I find such vertices, usually morph problem or weight map problem.
    I sometimes (though it is not many,, ) found such morph, in product (which have many morphs,
    then vendor may miss selecttion some vertices when make morph without intention,,, I think,,)

    about your case, you seems not pose figure, then I think it should be problem one of morph.
    And I do not think, the jaw limit cause problem like your pic.

    of course usually you may better keep rotation limit,
    because many jcms are made to work with limitted rotation range.
    to test,, you can force jaw rotation limit on,, how it work?

    mmm,,,, I read again your topic, then if it is morphed problem (I thought so) , you may see same problem when you poze the figure too.
    and another angle too.

    can not you see it in other angle and pozed? and I think you must see the verts line in 3d view too. (not rendered)

    to check it easy , when you select current actor root node of the scene, you may see bounding box.
    it may change wide along the morphed verts . can you see it like my pic?

    Sadly, no. It only appears in the render image.

    And what's even funnier, I change the camera angle around and render, it doesn't show, but I get a critical error:

    3Delight message #13 (Severity 1): R2054: primitive (or parts of) ‘’ discarded during eye-split

    This happens when I move the perspective view camera to the back side.
