Problem with DIM

The DIM on Daz's website (in the store) is directing the downloads to 4.7.exe not to the DIM exe on my computer so download fails. I have to use the DIM on my computer to download and install Daz products but that is a pain as it shows all the Poser files I didn't download (I don't use poser) and have to sift thru all of that to find products just purchased.
Question is how do I reset that to point to the right software on my computer?

I don't know what you mean here.

The DIM on Daz’s website (in the store) is directing the downloads to 4.7.exe not to the DIM exe on my computer so download fails.

Do you mean that you click on the Green button to download via DIM to your computer?
If so, there is no DIM that runs on the website, it is the one you have installed on your machine that runs, and it downloads and installs the content to My DAZ 3D Library, not to any version of DAZ Studio or DIM.

I have to use the DIM on my computer to download and install Daz products but that is a pain as it shows all the Poser files I didn’t download (I don’t use poser) and have to sift thru all of that to find products just purchased.

There are filters in DIM, Ready to Download tab, 'Download Filters' near the top. Click on it, and make sure that you uncheck all of the programs that you don't use, like Poser or Bryce or Carrara. Just check the boxes for the content that you need, like DAZ Studio 4.5+, and the correct bit depth for you system (32 bit or 64 bit).
